Overview



Cryogenic Planetary Ball Mill is a combination of planetary ball mill and refrigeration equipment. Most materials are heated due to friction or exothermic reactions during high-speed grinding, which may cause changes in the physical and chemical properties of the material and produce negative grinding effects. Low-temperature planetary ball mill is mainly used for material grinding processes that require strict temperature control.



 



The Cryogenic Planetary Ball Mill has four ball milling tanks installed on a turntable. When the turntable rotates, the tank axis performs planetary motion, and the ball in the tank moves at high speed to grind and mix the sample. This product can be crushed by dry or wet methods and mixed with various products of different materials and particle sizes. The minimum particle size of grinding powder can be as small as 0.1mm.



 



Features of Beifan Cryogenic Planetary Ball Mill



Cryogenic (low temperature control) planetary ball mill is a combination of planetary ball mill and air cooling device. The air cooling device adopts the principle of air conditioning compression refrigeration. The heat generated by grinding can be quickly removed through air-cooled gas circulation. Depending on the ambient temperature, the temperature of the ball milling space can be controlled between 5-15°C. This type of ball mill is mainly used for ultra-fine grinding of materials under low temperature process conditions. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, convenient maintenance and low energy consumption.
